Yeah so I measured today when I was hard and got 6 1/2 inches. I told me best friend since were cool like that and he said that was small…is it?

definately not small, the average is commonly said to be 5 to 6 inches.
coming from a girl, my boyfriends is 7 inches and im definately happy with his XD and you arent much smaller so dont worry 
besides, you are only 14 so you could still be growing!
and hey, did he tell you how big HIS is? its probably smaller, i bet hes jealous!
