well 1st of all dont tell me am too young or anything, how can i lose fat around belly , any paticular exercises? and what exercises are good for abs and how many should i do day? 10 points for best answer

well, the main thing here is DIET not exercise… even though it does help, diet is the way to go. Instead of having chips, chocolates or sweets, Have some delicious watermelon or grapes…. For dinner tell your mom or dad to take you anywhere with salads.. i have mines with bacon ![]()
Workout every other day. One day workout REALLY HARD and the other day rest and let your muscles grow. GET SOME SLEEP!!!
